Especially since today she is the minister, university president, engineer, teacher, researcher, and officer in the armed and security forces and all areas of life...

The President  of Bilad Al-Rafidain University received in her official office today, Saturday 5/10/2024, Professor Dr. Tahseen Hussein Mubarak, President of the University of Diyala, and ProfHaider Shaker Mazhar, Assistant to the University President for Administrative Affairs... in a visit they made today. The visit came to offer congratulations on the occasion of the issuance of the decision to transform the college into the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain Congratulations to A. Dr. Rasha Khalil Abed, with the issuance of an order for her costs as President of the University..

Emphasis was also placed on the frameworks of scientific and knowledge cooperation between public and private universities and communication to exchange scientific and knowledge experiences, whether in holding seminars, lectures, or conferences, in addition to other fields....
