Today, Sunday 13/10/2024, at the College of Law / University of Bilad Al-Rafidain practical lecture was organized for third-year students (morning study) on the subject of Sharia lawsuits, presented by Professor Dr. Jassim Muhammad. The lecture discussed the most important legal foundations of Sharia lawsuits and the procedures followed in Sharia courts. Dr. Jassim also touched on the laws and legislation related to personal status and the rights of individuals in this field, highlighting how to deal with these lawsuits before the judiciary. The students interacted with the lecture because of the detailed practical explanation of the role of the lawyer in Sharia cases.
