Bilad AlRafidain University college (BAUC) is a private academic institution for the higher education of public interest. BAUC was established in Diyala Governorate - Baquba, under the order of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research In a ruling dated 8/1/2014 according to the amended law on Establishment of private colleges and universities No (13) in 1996. 
This college seeks to provide its educational services using scientific methods and modern technology. It's curriculums keep pace with the developments in world events, their applications, and their repercussions on society.  It aims to provide students with the necessary information in all scientific, educational, and research fields in a way that achieves continuous communication between the university and the community. And in a way that contributes to achieving the goals of economic and social development in Iraq.
Bilad AlRafidain University college aims to be an institution of higher education that grants degrees according to the latest educational methods and advanced scientific curriculums.
The student has a high priority in Bilad AlRafidain University College, where the college works on strengthening the bonds of brotherhood among students, to round them up by a love of work and a desire to develop their personal and mental abilities to be active members of society. The college is aware of its leading role in society, as a whole, and therefore it strives to create a general atmosphere for the students to build their intellectual abilities according to the correct logical and scientific foundations.
The college includes (20) departments through which a variety of study programs are offered at the undergraduate levels, and the number of university students is currently about (6000) male and female students, taught by more than (200) faculty members.
In 2014, its first departments were established represented by (the Accounting Department, Department of Business Administration, Media Department, and English Language Arts Department).
In 2016 the following departments were established (Department of Law, Department of Physical Education and Sports Science, Department of Medical Laboratory Techniques, Department of Electrical PowerTechniques Engineering, and Department of computer technologies).
In 2017, the rest of the departments were established (Department of Dentistry, Department of Pharmacy, Nursing Department, Civil Engineering Department, Department of Anesthesia Technologies, Department of Radiology Technologies, Department of Optometry Technologies, Department of Dental Industry Technologies, Medical Devices Technologies Department, Aviation Engineering Technologies Department, and Department of interfaith dialogue)
The college's facilities have been designed according to international standards. The college's facilities are covered by the internal computer network and the international information network (the Internet). These facilities provide the possibility to hold conferences, and seminars and give practical virtual lectures without being restricted to one place inside or outside the university.
The college has prepared specialized scientific staff, who holds a doctorate, and seeks to develop them continuously by concluding partnership agreements with some well-known international universities.
BAUC considers scientific research a field of high priority that requires development and expansion for the benefit of students, faculty members, the college as a whole, and even society in general. And that is reflected by holding regular seminars and conferences, supporting and publishing scientific research, providing a database on the research movement in the college, and encouraging research projects that benefit society.
The art of architecture of the college campus reflects through its magnificent buildings and lovely views. The college campus consists of spacious and distinguished facilities that include classrooms equipped with multimedia, advanced scientific and research laboratories, libraries full of information resources, information technology with the latest technology, computer laboratories, a large sports complex, and centers that contain various restaurants, shops, and a lot of other facilities.
The college provides a fleet of buses to provide secure transportation for students to and from the college, and provides protection and guarding for its students on the hour through a distinguished security apparatus with its experienced and skilled personnel.
Bilad AlRafidain University college (BAUC) is keen to obtain accreditation and recognition for all of its programs from various international accreditation and recognition bodies.
