Four scientific research has been published in international magazines within Scopes and Clarvet In the field of pharmaceutical chemistry, there are two researchs that were one of the research entitled //

(Promoting the Bio- Effectiveness of Tetrasycin) ..

It was published in the Pharmaceutical Chemistry Magazine, which is one of the magazines affiliated with the Publishing House, Sprinker, which publishes sober research only. As for the second research, it was entitled //

 (Chemical manufacturing with vital effectiveness)

A twinning agreement between the college of Pharmacy at the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain and the University of Baghdad to enhance academic cooperationIn an important step to enhance academic and research cooperation, the College of Pharmacy at the University of Rafidain, represented by Dr. Haider Abdel Hafez, signed a twinning agreement and joint cooperation with the College of Pharmacy at the University of Baghdad, represented by its dean, Prof. Dr. Sarmad Hashem Al -Khatib.

This agreement aims to raise the scientific level and benefit from the great academic capabilities that both colleges enjoy, as its provisions include joint scientific cooperation, unifying the curriculum, organizing workshops, seminars and scientific conferences. The agreement also includes the exchange of experiences and academic experiences to enhance the quality of pharmaceutical education and develop its outputs in line with recent developments in this field.

This step comes within the framework of the two universities ’keenness to achieve academic integration and provide an advanced educational environment that contributes to preparing qualified pharmaceutical members that meet the needs of the labor market and contribute to developing the health sector in Iraq.

An awareness symposium at the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain on the use of medicines in Ramadan

On Sunday, March 2, 2025, the Division of Women's Affairs, in cooperation with the College of Pharmacy at Bilad Al-Rafidain University organized a scientific symposium entitled "Using Medicines in Ramadan: Between Protection and Prevention", presented by:

The symposium aimed to provide scientific instructions and recommendations for students of medical specialties on how to provide appropriate health care for fasting patients, with a focus on adjusting treatment plans for chronic diseases during the holy month. The effect of methods of taking medications through the mouth, nose, and lungs has also been clarified, with highlighting the common drugs and alternatives to them.

The symposium also dealt with ways to enhance patients ’commitment to treatment during fasting, and raising awareness about some pharmaceutical forms that may raise questions about their impact on the validity of fasting. This event came within the framework of the university's efforts to enhance health awareness and ensure the safety of patients during the holy month of Ramadan.

College of Pharmacy at the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain The Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain obtained a book of thanks and appreciation from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Supervision and Scientific Calendar, in appreciation of its distinguished efforts in achieving a success rate of 89.35% in the evaluation exam (designing the pharmaceutical dose shape) for students of the fifth stage of the academic year 2023-2024 .

In a move that reflects the support of distinguished student talents, the Deanship of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain honored the student Omar Ismail Ibrahim (the second stage) in appreciation of his creativity in the field of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. This honor came after his active participation in prestigious courses and conferences under the auspices of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Interior, where he achieved advanced positions and received certificates of participation in appreciation of his efforts.
