The University of Bilad Al-Rafidain achieves a distinguished achievement in the Arab University Rankings 2024, second edition

Under the patronage of the Honorable President of the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain Professor Dr. Rasha Khalil A bed 

The University of Bilad Al-Rafidain has achieved remarkable progress in the Arab Ranking for Universities for the year 2024, where it ranked 14th out of 41 Iraqi public and private universities, and 90th in the Arab world out of 180 Arab universities.

In this context, Assistant Lecturer Aws Muhammad Hamid Al-Khazraji, responsible for scientific classifications at the university, confirmed that this achievement came as a result of following a precise scientific methodology that relies on various criteria, including:

Quality of education: Evaluation of academic programs and their suitability for the labor market.

Scientific research: measuring the university’s research production and its impact on the scientific community.

Academic Reputation: Based on the opinions of academics and experts at the local and Arab levels.

International cooperation: The extent of the university’s participation in academic projects and partnerships with international educational institutions.

Innovation and Development: Evaluating efforts made in innovation and the use of technology in education.

He also pointed out that the university continues to improve its performance according to these standards, ensuring the strengthening of its position among Arab and international universities. He praised the efforts of the teaching and administrative staff and students who contributed to achieving this distinguished success.

Top students in the College of Pharmacy.. University of Bilad Al-Rafidain participate in the electronic competitive examination for the Creativity and Excellence Award.

The top three students in the fifth stage at the College of Pharmacy for the academic year 2023-2024 participated in the Creativity and Excellence Award exam, which was sponsored by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and which was held at the University of Baghdad / College of Pharmacy.

The exam was an important incentive for outstanding students to develop their scientific expertise and skills, urging them to advance towards academic excellence, and creating a spirit of scientific and academic competition among them.

 At the end of the exam, certificates of appreciation were presented in the name of His Excellency the Minister to the participating students.

An in-person scientific workshop entitled: 

"A dialogue session with students of the Media Department to solve their problems"

The workshop was presented by Dr. Ahmed Mohamed and Dr. Suhaib Khalil, and this was exactly ten o’clock in the morning, Baghdad time.

In the halls of the media department. 

This workshop aims to develop the department and identify and solve the problems and obstacles facing students.

With the support and guidance of the President of the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain and the Chairman of the Editorial Board of Bilad Al-Rafidain Journal for Humanities and Social Sciences, Professor Dr. Rasha Khalil A bed Mohtarma, and  efforts of the staff of the Journal Unit and the members of the editorial and linguistic revision board, the sixth volume (fourth issue) was issued by the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain and included the new issue ofThe magazine (11) researched various humanitarian, educational, and social specializations by teachers and researchers from different universities and colleges. 

Note that the magazine bears an approved international number, ISSN: 2788-6026 

Deposit number 2489, and it is accredited by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and registered on the Iraqi scientific journals website.
