Also Clifford model in Divergent and convergent thinking and others:
From this side the student in higher education field chooses only one of these models and studies it well and understand it merits. Also he tries to apply it in One of the subject. He specializes then he checks it perfectly- after putting the procedual steps to be taken into consideration and approves them and choose a sample of students who will try to gain his experience and feasibility tests due to the rules and principles established.
Depending on the preceding. I was suggested to depend ( Queen Elizabeth model) in which lasted for along period about 70 years in rule, from this long period of her rule it can be recorded on of injustice that occurs on the ground peoples as a result of a dopted policy so this side leds Britain to become a great state. Although this long period is like a spark of light and it passes through many fluctuations and many war's such as the second world war and many industrial economic and political shifts, it gains many benefits and leds the Britain to become a great country with all the elements of greatness. Her model of governance is unique and imposed. She paved the way to modern world with greatness and as an example of all the states to admire of her administrative and to show the benefit from her merits.
May God bless and mercy on the rulers of the earth who did will for their countries and their people, and May have mercy on the peoples who have injustice by their rulers.

After a great efforts by the Dean of Bilad Alrafidain University college prof. Dr. Rasha Khalil Abed get approval to open Academic (Cisco) and after a serious following from our Dean. and after getting a formal approvals from international Academic (Cisco) with training by a staff of specialists, Bilad Alrafidain preparing to open the largest and the first Academy specilist in network field in Diyala province, this work aims to start for application of college's strategy to insert professional ways with the study plans for various specialists being faith of the college that every kind like that joining fields have a great role to raise the level of students to inter in the works market in technical aspect and networks after finishing their study directly... also to raise the level of quality in teaching and learning output in the college so we hope more successful to serve our students in the future.

here will be a cooperative principle between Bilad Alrafidain University college with the presidency of a court for appeal.
The Dean of Bilad Alrafidain University college Rasha Khalil Abed visited the presidency of a court of appeal in Diyala, and she gave a certificate of thanks to the judge Hussien Kazem wasmi for his efforts by supporting the college with judges lectures in summer's application that applied in the courts for the sake of the college students inspite of the crowded work on the judges duties.

It is worth mentioning that the committee from the Ministry watching the examination halls in Bilad Alrafidain University college, they agree to the fulfilment of the college to follow the directives of ministry of Higher Education and to apply the instructions also to stand with directives and provision of all the requirements and the success for final exams second attempt the committee was received by the Dean of college, prof. Rasha Khalil, God blessing her.

According to the directives of the scientific supervision and Evaluation team also the research development department and due to the support of the Dean of Bilad Alrafidain University college, prof.
