As part of a series of seminars aimed at strengthening the role of women in society, the Women's Affairs Division at the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain  organized today, Tuesday, March 11, 2025, an educational symposium under the generous sponsorship of the President of the University, and in cooperation with the College of Dentistry.

The symposium axis:

The symposium was titled:

"The role of women working in developing the talents and hobbies of the child it was presented by Professor Enas Shehab Ahmed, in the halls of the College of Dentistry, where the symposium dealt with the role of women in the family and their impact on developing the capabilities of children through modern education methods, taking into account the age of the child and following his behavior within the family.

Symposium goals:

✔ Emphasizing the role of women working in developing talents and creative capabilities for children.

✔ Highlight the importance of the accurate follow -up of the child's behavior and its impact on his mental maturity.

✔ Emphasizing the need for early preparedness to direct children towards a conscious and awareness of life changes.

This symposium comes within the framework of enhancing societal awareness about the importance of modern education and its role in preparing future generations according to sound foundations, as family participation and institutional reform constitute a basic pillar of the advancement of society.

We hope that these efforts will be brought in creating an educated and conscious generation, capable of keeping pace with the challenges of the future.

 The Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain held a scientific symposium entitled: 

(The effect of plastic materials on human health)

And it came in it necessary and scientific discussions about the influence of plastic materials, which are the most prevalent materials in the world and enter all industries for our current era after the industrial expansion that took place in the last century.

The Ministerial Committee to follow the practical evaluation exam for civil colleges in Diyala.

The Ministerial Committee for Follow -up of the Calculaive Medicine Examinations held a meeting chaired by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Ghani Taher from the College of Dentistry at Diyala University. 

In the presence of dental professors from the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain.In addition to a group of professors of the Faculty of Dentistry at Diyala University, it is the main exam center in the governorate.

The symposium aimed to:

Raising the level of awareness: Providing female students with broad knowledge about the various types of negative phenomena that they may encounter in the university environment, such as sexual harassment, violence, psychological pressure, addiction, extremism, and others. 

Providing female students with the necessary skills and knowledge to confront these phenomena, enhance their self-confidence, and enable them to make sound decisions and protect themselves.

-Encouraging female students to adopt healthy and positive behaviors and avoid situations that may expose them to danger.

Building a safe and supportive university community, where all female students feel a sense of belonging and respect, and are able to achieve their academic goals. Breaking the social and cultural barriers that may prevent female students from speaking about the problems they face, and encouraging them to seek help.
