With the aid and guidance of the Dean of Bilad Al-Rafidain university college and the editor-in-head of journal, Prof. Dr. Rasha Khalil Abed, and the efforts of the journal’s staff and its assistant director, Bashar Ahmed Khalaf, and the successes achieved by the journal’s unit, and the large number of researchers received in the college Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences, the journal’s system was converted from two issuesper year to four issues.
