The lecture was delivered by Assistant lecture, Omar Ibrahim Ahmed from the Dental Industry Technology Department, where he took:

✔ The concept of family violence and its various forms

✔ Psychological and social effects of violence on students

✔ The role of universities in raising awareness and reducing the phenomenon

✔ Ways to enhance a safe and supportive educational environment for students

Academic presence and interaction

The symposium witnessed the presence of a number of teaching staff and students of the second, third and fourth stages, as the discussion was discussed on the challenges facing students as a result of family violence, and the importance of psychological and educational support in improving the education environment.

This activity comes within the framework of the efforts of Bilad Al-Rafidain University to enhance societal awareness, and to consolidate the culture of tolerance and dialogue to address negative phenomena that affect the educational process.
