The President of the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain Prof. Dr. Rasha Khalil Abed, President of the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain  received in its office, Prof. Dr. Wissam Jabbar Qasim, Chairman of the Committee of the Deans of Nursing Faculties and Dean of the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Baghdad, to discuss ways to enhance academic and scientific cooperation between the two universities.

During the meeting, the two parties discussed the mechanism of developing academic and training programs in the field of nursing, and ways to exchange experiences between teaching cadres, which reflects positively on the quality of medical and nursing education.

In the initiative of appreciation for his scientific efforts, Prof. Dr. Rasha Khalil Abed University of Bilad Al-Rafidain  presented to Professor Dr. Wissam Jabbar Qasim, as an expression of the university's pride in his academic contributions. For his part, Dr. Wissam Jabbar Qassem presented a bouquet of response to the President of the University, as an expression of his appreciation for the warm reception.

The two sides stressed the importance of continuing cooperation between Iraqi universities to enhance the quality of education and scientific research, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Karim Assi, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain.
