The launch of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research competition, which was initiated by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, came from the right place and at the right time, as the Ministry of Education, based on its responsibility to encourage our students to read, analyze and interpret, and at a time when Iraq is witnessing a constructive campaignAnd two ages.The Ministry invites all students of Iraqi nationality and under the age of (30) to participate in this competition, which includes reading the book (Renaissance Conditions) by the Arab writer Malik bin Nabi of Algerian origin... Its prize has been allocated at one hundred million Iraqi dinars distributed among twenty winners at the rate of five million dinars Iraqi for every student..This is done after drawing lots for the winners of the competition... From here we call on all our dear students to participate in this national competition, the first of its kind in Iraq....
