The Minister of Education decides to allocate academic seats in universities for memorizers of the Holy Qur’an
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, decided to allocate special seats in the primary university study for memorizers of the Holy Qur’an.
The Minister of Education, based on his authority stipulated in Article 5 of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Law No. 40 of 1988, directed the department concerned with determining the percentage of admission to universities at the level of primary studies in Iraqi universities, in order to support the Iraqi Islamic and national position in upholding the word of the Noble Qur’an and confronting itThe provocation of hate incitement in the world.Department of Media and Government Communication
