With great sadness and more sorrow, the Deanship  of Bilad Al-Rafidain university college presents to the Presidency of the University of Diyala and its teaching and staff members the death of the late Dr. Bassem Al-Hadidi, a teacher at the College of Basic Education.
May God bless him with the abundance of his mercy, and dwell him in his spacious gardens, and grant his family and lovers patience and solace. We belong to God and to Him we shall return.
