For fulfilling the Department of Research and Development's policy of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and with the full support and guidance from the Editor-in-Chief and Dean of Bilad Al Rafidin University College, Prof. Dr. Rasha Khalil Abd, and with the efforts of the head of the magazine unit, Assistant Lecturer Bashar Ahmed Khalaf, The "Digital object identifier prefix" was obtained for getting sober and supporting of Iraqi magazines. Obtaining the "Digital object identifier prefix" for Bilad Alrafidain University College Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences is a complementary step to the prepared plan for the inclusion of the journals within Scopus containers, followed by the registration of the journal within the Directory of Open Access Journal (DOAJ). These steps also come to encourage Iraqi and foreign researchers to publish in Iraqi journals
